I can’t find my child’s name on the name list. What shall I do?

If you are unable to find the name of your child, you may want to check for different spelling possibilities (eg. Jayden or Jaden, Sofi or Sophie). As each name is professionally sung and individually recorded, the name list for each music album can differ and therefore you may want to do a name search on the other albums as well. Alternatively, please feel free to drop us an email at and we’ll be more than happy to help.

Our database of names is close to 40,000 and is still growing. Our head office is also in the process of launching a software upgrade which will allow all pronounceable names to be included in the music albums. We will of course keep everyone updated as soon as this happens.

My child's name is pronounced differently from the demo that is on the website. What shall I do?

If your child’s name is pronounced in a different way, do drop us an email at so that we can make sure that we can find the right match. Again, different albums can have variations in the name list and sometimes pronunciation as well.

My child's name is spelt differently from the name on your list though the pronunciation is the same. Can I still purchase an album and customize the label?

Most certainly. If the spelling of your child’s name is different than what is on our list, we can still customize the label based on the spelling as what you have provided us.

Exchange and Returns

How do I cancel or amend an order once I’ve place it?

All cancellations and amendments must be made by 12 noon the following day and subjected to our confirmation. Please email to

The item that I received is defective. How do I exchange it for another one?

Do inform us via email at within 3 days of receiving your product if it is defective. We will promptly do a one for one exchange. No questions asked.

Shipping Policy

How long does it take for the products to reach me?

Once orders have been placed and payment has been made, the products will reach you within 3-5 working days.

What are your local delivery charges?

We charge a flat fee of S$2.50 for local delivery via normal post.

If you require the products to be delivered urgently, we can fast-track your order with the fulfilment team for next day express delivery at a fee of S$12.50. However, do note that for express delivery, orders and payment needs to be in before 2pm. We would also advise that you drop us an email to to ensure that we receive your order.

How are your products packaged for delivery?

All our products will be bubble wrapped or placed in a bubble lined envelope for delivery. We will make every effort to ensure that the product reaches you in the great condition that it left our office.
